Air System Assessment
We offer as needed, on demand, service and maintenance. Our Service Advisors troubleshoot on the phone to assess the situation and determine the urgency of the client’s challenge. When scheduling the call, the Service Advisors also assess what parts may be needed in an attempt to obtain a one-trip service call with a technician, which translates into a timely, cost effective service call for the customer. Compressor Parts & Lubricants
Partnering with suppliers and troubleshooting with customers - JHF technicians search for timely and cost effective solutions both for regularly scheduled maintenance and for emergencies. We manage a large inventory of stocked parts and handle purchasing of specific-non-stock items to meet our client’s needs. In addition to JHF stocking the brands for which we are an authorized distributor, we also stock parts for other major brands.

Maintenance Programs
An effective strategy for reducing costly downtime is regularly scheduled maintenance on air compressors and related equipment. John Henry Foster has two predictive maintenance programs for clients who are interested in having their maintenance managed and scheduled. These programs support clients with increased reliability, less downtime and emergencies. JHF Advisors contact customers for their regularly scheduled maintenance needs at the customer’s convenience. We handle the administration and necessary follow-up.
1. Maintenance Agreement Program
We offer contracted maintenance agreements on most brands and types of compressors and vacuum pumps. A great benefit to our customers is having their maintenance expenses controlled and budgeted either on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
2. Non-Contract Maintenance Program
Another efficient approach to service is our non-contract program which allows customers to pay only for time and materials for their ongoing service.
Benefits
These customers receive priority status in the event of an emergency. The first available technician is dispatched and we also guarantee same day service, when necessary.An additional benefit is our Oil Sample Monitoring. An experienced Service Advisor monitors oil sample reports and analysis, and then contacts customers if necessary, with any recommendations needed. Sampling schedules are handled through the Predictive Maintenance Programs for our customers.

Air System Assessment
For customers that have technicians on staff that would value annual system assessment to verify equipment is working properly, minor adjusting and provide system recommendations. A JHF technician will work with the customer’s technicians for training, support and a walk-thru session. We provide a check-list, report and recommended next steps.
