A vision held by me and others to follow should protect the uniqueness that has evolved almost unilaterally, to construct a business model that separates John Henry Foster Company from the sea of competition. Our difference is a great strength.
A standout vision is to market John Henry Foster Company in our community, in our state, and in the surrounding states. I want to see the faces of John Henry Foster’s employees and their contributions to the community receive the recognition they deserve.
Business and Commerce as we know it cannot survive unless it moves forward. My vision to maintain forward movement includes boundless goals to understand our customers and clients and their business objectives. Our goal is to add 300 new customers each year for the next 5 years. Physical presence and effective Marketing with a persistent passion to solve problems and enhance customer profits will largely determine the Company’s future growth and success.
