Inside Sales - Fluid Power
John Henry Foster MN Inc. has a full time opening in our Inside Sales Fluid Power Department. Must have a minimum of a 2 year fluid power degree. Previous Fluid Power experience is preferred but not required.
Job Description
- Create and develop on-going business relationships with customers via phone.
- Provide excellent customer service including technical support, phone sales and pricing, processing customer orders via phone, fax & email, expediting customer orders, follow-up on sales leads and crossing over product to increase fluid power sales.
- Assist outside sales team on an as needed basis.

Mechanical Engineer - We are in need of a Mechanical Engineer who will work with clients to identify compressed air, vacuum and fluid cooling energy saving initiatives within client facilities. By partnering with energy companies to identify and apply for rebate programs in energy conversation in compressed air consumption to bring value to our clients. The role also is responsible to schedule audit programs for clients, perform analysis, create data and reports from findings, plus provide technical support to our sales professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong client service skills
- Both analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Enjoy hands on, in field work
- Strong initiative
- Ability to work successfully with sales and marketing departments

We are in need of a FT experienced Plumbing and Piping Installation Technician. Applicant should have experience working with copper and black pipe. Tools and uniforms supplied by the company.
