Job Title:
Full-time Fluid Power Inside Sales Customer Service
Department:
Customer Service/Inside Sales

Fluid Power Supervisor
Key areas of responsibility:
John Henry Foster has a full-time opening in our Inside Sales Fluid Power Department. Must have a minimum of a two-year fluid power degree. Previous fluid power experience is preferred by not required.
Job Description:
- Create and develop on-going business relationships with customers via phone.
- Provide excellent customer service including technical support, phone sales and pricing, processing customer orders via phone, fax and email, expediting customer orders, follow-up sales leads and crossing over product to increase fluid power sales.
- Assist outside sales team on an as needed basis.
