Our Fluid Power Product Specialists utilize Automation Studio™ to design and engineer assemblies, simulate and animate schematics and circuits to support automation and fluid power systems. It allows us to partner with manufacturers, OEMs, and end-users to optimize system implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Assembly/Kit Customization
JHF can develop customized products to address each facility’s unique needs and offers innovative options. We provide cost effective solutions and modifying standard products to fit client applications such as: preassembling of various air valves, fittings, air filters/regulators/lubricators, or cylinders. This customized assembly allows customers to order assemblies and kits with one part number thus reducing the time to order, receive and assemble. Our custom assemblies are tested prior to shipping to allow for immediate installation. Other custom services we offer include: Electrical-Pneumatic solutions, bar-coding for packaged assemblies, customized part numbers, customer logo stamping, blanket ordering, special shipping/packaging requests, and in-house tracking capabilities on shipments.

Customer Support and Service
To best serve our customers, JHF has 11 Fluid Power Product Specialists that have an Associate’s Degree in Fluid Power from an accredited vocational school, plus they are Certified Fluid Power Pneumatic Specialists (CFPPS) from the International Fluid Power Society. Our specialists have more than 135 years of combined experience in fluid power components and systems, and are available to assist, advise and process client orders efficiently and effectively. With this comprehensive knowledge, these specialists are able to collaborate with clients on complex systems and circuitry. Their goal is to provide one-call answers and solutions for new and existing products and technology, which can eliminate the risk and confusion for customers while ordering products. We use sizing programs to select the correct component the first time, which is part of our approach to provide clients with ease in doing business. We utilize online connections with direct access to manufacturers for factory inventory, delivery, pricing and order status and also have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities.

Product Inventory
JHF also has a $3 million product inventory which allows us to handle sudden and unexpected needs for specific compressed air components. Most components and products are available for same-day or next-day delivery. In the event of a return, we do not apply restock charges for our normally stocked items. Another added benefit is that JHF offers customer specific inventory – by working with a customer’s inventory forecasts we can determine appropriate stock level for their product needs and have them on hand.
